Interview Process Days

As professional trainers and development coaches, we are experienced in testing people and pushing their boundaries to find out their real abilities.

We can combine skills and communication testing sessions with events in which candidates can prove their mettle against the elements as well as each other.

Working with you to find out exactly what skills you want to uncover, we will design a day, a couple of days or even a week of events so that you can really observe how the candidates respond to each other, to their potential team- mates and often most importantly – to the different tests we set them.
