Holmescales training and development will assess, analyse and act upon real work-based issues that are suggested, discussed and agreed upon by the client and the trainer/coach.
The first step will be to understand the basic working principles of the client and for the client (you) to understand us. This can be achieved through a 2-3 hour meeting followed by an e-mail exchange detailing the summary points of the meeting so that we have a basic understanding of each other. RESOURCES
We believe that human interaction is the most effective way of learning how to understand people so anyone embarking upon a course must be prepared to participate.
The idea that training or coaching sessions are an excuse not to work is not one that we use. We aim to send you home feeling like you've had a long but stimulating session.

During the training, all delegates are encouraged to develop a Continuing Personal Development statement. This CPD statement is then used as a working document/ reference to record how the training has been transferred to the workplace.
